Heavy Duty CF-4 Diesel Engine Oil Compound KT31140

Introduction 

This product is compounded with synthetic sulfonate, ashless dispersant, high-temperature cleaner, antioxidant and anti-corrosion agent and high-temperature auxiliary antioxidant.

It has good cleaning, dispersing, antioxidant and excellent anti-wear performance, moderate dosage, is an economical engine oil additive package.

Blending process

Select the appropriate base oil mixing and heating to 65 ± 5 ℃, add the appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, coagulant reduction agent, viscosity increasing agent, constant temperature mixing, add the corresponding level of dose of KT 31140, constant temperature mixing until the quality is satisfactory.

Product storage and safety

When the product is stored, transported, loaded and unloaded and used, refer to SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
