Introduction
Hexadecyl propyl hydroxysulfonyl betaine can be used as an efficient and inexpensive surfactant for oil recovery, and can be widely used in oil recovery, fracturing, acidification and other fields. It is an excellent softening and conditioning agent in hair care and skin care formulas. It can significantly improve the softening, conditioning and low-temperature stability of detergent products.

Application
HHSB is an amphoteric surfactant with high interfacial activity and strong resistance to temperature and hard water.
HHSB contains both anionic and cationic hydrophilic groups in its structure, which synergize with the polymer to increase viscosity.
HHSB has good stability. When the polymer concentration in the formula is reduced, the system can still maintain a high viscosity.
HHSB also has good salt and alkali resistance, which can reduce the impact of alkalinity and mineralization in the formation on the ternary composite flooding system.
