Hydraulic guide oil compound KT55016 (KT5016)

Introduction:

KT55016 is a compound of imported inactive sulfur-containing agents, antioxidants, rust inhibitors and anti-wear agents. The guideway oil prepared with this product has good antioxidant, corrosion resistance, rust resistance and excellent wear resistance. KT55016 is suitable for preparing precision machine tool guideway oil. The dosage is 1.5%-2.0%.

Blending process:
Select appropriate base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, add corresponding amount of KT 55016, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
