Introduction:
KT55023 is compounded with high-quality high-temperature antioxidants, anti-wear agents, corrosion inhibitors, anti-hydrolysis agents and other multifunctional additives, and has excellent compatibility with various base oils.
This product is suitable for preparing hydraulic transmission oil, with an additive dosage of 1.0%-1.6%
Blending process:
Select appropriate base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, add corresponding amount of KT 55023, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
