Introduction

KT-02C bactericide is a cutting fluid bactericide preservative developed by our company. This product has the function of inhibiting and killing various bacteria and molds. It is used for the bactericidal and antiseptic treatment of metal cutting fluid concentrates, water-miscible cutting fluids, and mineral oil emulsions.

Characteristics:
1. This product is colorless and clear, with a broad spectrum and good inhibitory effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, molds and algae;
2. It is stable in alkaline systems and is compatible with emulsions, emulsions, adhesives and other additives;
3. It does not contain nitrates, nitrating agents, organic chlorine, does not affect the AOX value, and has anti-corrosion properties;
4. In the cutting fluid industry, its physical and chemical properties are comparable to similar foreign products.

Usage:
It is recommended to add it at the earliest possible stage to ensure uniform dispersion after addition so that it can play a thorough sterilization and protection role in the entire production process.

Precautions:
Pay attention to personal protection during operation. If the original liquid accidentally contacts the skin or eye mucosa, please rinse with clean water immediately.
