Product Description
Product Details
Introduction
KT 3767 is an aliphatic imine type latent curing agent made from alicyclic diamine and ketone aldehyde compounds. It is normally a low-viscosity liquid, has good compatibility with NCO-based polyurethane prepolymers, and can reduce the viscosity of room temperature curing polyurethane systems.
KT 3767 decomposes rapidly when exposed to moisture, and the generated active amino groups react quickly with isocyanate groups to cure, which can prevent the carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction of isocyanate groups with water from forming bubbles in the adhesive layer.
KT 3767 latent curing agent products are environmentally friendly products. They do not produce unpleasant odors during production and construction, have low VOC emissions, and give polyurethane cured products good mechanical properties.
Physical indicators
| Item | Index |

Application
KT 3767 is mainly recommended for use in single-component moisture-curing polyurethane coating systems, which can solve the foaming problem of polyurethane systems during moisture curing. It can also be used in single-component polyurethane adhesives, sealants, and two-component polyurethane products.
