KT-703 Anionic fluorocarbon surfactant

Introduction

KT-703 is an anionic surfactant with acid and high temperature resistance, excellent interfacial wetting performance, the ability to disperse and spread rapidly, and can be miscible with water in any proportion. This product is a highly compatible organic fluorine anionic surfactant that can significantly reduce the surface tension of the liquid, has excellent interfacial wetting performance and moderate foaming properties; it can be used in strong acid and strong oxidant medium 250 degrees Celsius high temperature system. This product can play a role in wetting, dispersing and leveling, and is used in water-based systems and solvent systems. It has the advantages of small amount, simple operation, high efficiency, long-term and stable.

Application

For leather:
● As a surface treatment agent, leather is treated with oil and water repellent to make the leather surface smooth and have good anti-fouling ability, thereby improving product quality;
● Adding this product during leather immersion helps to accelerate the wetting and penetration of leather, reduce operation time, promote production efficiency, and improve product quality.
For materials and dyes:
● Improve coating quality. After the coating is dried, there will be paint missing at the corners, orange peel, and pigment stratification and floating. Adding this product increases the leveling and wettability of the coating, improves the gloss of the coating, evenly distributes the pigment, and prevents the coating from bubbling;
● It can prevent bacterial attachment, inhibit bacterial growth, and eliminate the foul odor and dirt caused by bacteria;
● When applied to large-area electrophoretic coatings, it not only makes the coating surface more uniform and smoother, but also has stronger acid, alkali and water resistance. With excellent interface wettability, rapid dispersibility, and strong acid resistance, it is generally used for the dispersion and stabilization of acid dyes to prevent dyes from floating and separating.
For ink:
● Reduce the surface tension of ink, make the ink more adaptable, print on plastic film and some materials that are not easily accepted by ink with good effect and accuracy, improve the printing quality of ink;
● Enhance the stability of ink during storage, and prevent the ink from fading and settling after a certain period of time.

Usage 
This product can be diluted ten times with purified water. The recommended concentration is 0.1~0.5%.
