Introduction
KT-FR-C301 composite flame retardant for adhesive is a nitrogen-phosphorus composite flame retardant, mainly used for fabric coating. When the coating adhesive is added with this product, when it comes into contact with flame, a dense carbon layer that expands several times will be formed on the surface, which can insulate heat, oxygen and combustible gases, and effectively prevent the decomposition of organic fabrics and contact with oxygen.
Under appropriate formula and process conditions, it can meet the requirements of fabric flame retardant standards such as BS5852 and NFPA701.

Application
KT-FR-C301 is suitable for flame retardant of solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, polyurethane, rubber, and adhesive. It is applied on flexible substrates to make flame retardant tapes and various coating adhesives.
The recommended addition amount is 35%~40%.
Instructions for use:
This product is susceptible to moisture and should be placed in a cool, dry place. If the packaging is damaged, use it as soon as possible.
If the package is broken or damp, dry it at 100℃±10℃ for 2 hours before use.
