Introduction and Application

Fructose moisturizing softener is a quaternary ammonium derivative composed of glycine and β-fructose from sugar cane as the main materials. It is environmentally friendly and gentle to the skin.

The composition includes the following active ingredients:

1. Oligofructose ethyl ester hydroxyethyl hydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium methyl sulfate (C6H11O5) xOCCH2N+CH3(C2H5O)2 CH3SO4-;

      2. Oligofructose di(ethyl ester dihydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium) methyl sulfate (C2H5O)2CH3N+CH2CO(C6H11O5) xOCCH2N+CH3(C2H5O)2 CH3SO4-. (x=3,5,7,9,11); 

      3. Other moisturizing active ingredients include oligofructose, sucrose, β-fructose, etc. Used in products such as creamy shampoo, transparent shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, hair treatment cream, hairspray, facial cleanser and shower gel.

Performance characteristics:

1. Soluble in water. Compatible with most surfactants and maintain clear and transparent state;

2. Mix it with fragrance and add it to the formula (recommended);

3. After the solid and paste surfactants are completely dissolved, and the system temperature does not exceed 65℃, it can be incorporated into the formula for use;

4. As a later supplementary additive to improve the conditioning of the original formula, add it directly to the formed product and mix and dissolve evenly;

5. It can be used in the range of pH=4.0~7.0;

6. It can be used in the range of 0℃~65℃, but below 50℃.

Product Features:

1. A new product designed for two-in-one conditioning shampoo. It has good safety. The test was conducted on ordinary New Zealand rabbits with a 5% pure water solution, and the results showed that fructose moisturizing softener has good safety:

a. The result of acute eye irritation test (without rinsing) was slightly irritating:

b. The result of acute skin irritation test was non-irritating;

c. The result of multiple skin irritation tests was non-irritating

2. Improve the wet and dry combing of hair to achieve anti-tangling effect, making the hair feel soft, soft, smooth and easy to manage;

3. Even after a long period of contact and friction with the fiber during sleep, the hair is still soft and obedient, and it can be restored to natural obedience with a simple combing;

4. Even in a very dry environment, it can maintain the moisture of the hair and prevent the hair from being too dry. Continuous use will leave a soft, smooth and non-sticky feel;

5. With continuous use, the hair will not become rough, dry or hard, but will become softer and smoother;

6.It forms a synergistic effect with other conditioning agents in the formula, especially polyquaternary salt products and silicone oil derivatives.
