Product Introduction and Features

KT-M6 High stability Wood Preservative is a highly efficient wood special protective agent for treatment of constructional and framework timber which was newly made by our company.The product is supplied as a micro-emulsion concentrate, which is easily diluted with water to form an exceptionally stable treatment solution.KT-M6 Wood Protection is a highly effective combination of new generation biocides which provide protection from fungal decay and attack by insects, including termites.
1. Stability: KT-M6 is stable at all temperature (-5°C to 30°C ).
2. Compatibility: KT-M6 must not be mixed with other products.
3. KT-M6 has a good water-solubility and wood permeability. It dilutes easily with water.
4. KT-M6 can highly effective provide protection from fungal decay and attack by insects, including termites. KT-M6 treated timber can keep the original color of timber.It also can be coated with all conventional finishes and glued following a drying period of 48 hours.

Product Specifications

Use method

1. Soaking method: Mixing concentration: Add KT-M6 wood insecticide concentrate to water at a ratio of 1:99- and stir evenly (for example: 1kg concentrate to 99kg water).
2. Brushing or spraying: Add KT-M6 wood insecticide concentrate to water at a ratio of 1: 50-100 and stir evenly. The dosage is for reference only. The actual required concentration should depend on the environment and the degree of protection of the product. The user must conduct tests and analysis to determine whether it meets their special purposes.
The wood should be soaked for about 3 minutes. The absorption capacity is about 15 to 20 liters per cubic meter, mainly depending on the type of wood and the moisture content. The treated wood should be stored in a designated air-drying area until it is dry. Any processed wood after treatment must be re-processed. The insecticide should be processed at a temperature above 5C to avoid freezing of the wood.
