Introduction

KT-Leather Antifungal Agent B can be used in light industry, leather bags, PVC, polyester, polyurethane, acrylic emulsion, water-based cutting fluid, lubricating oil, supplies and other anti-mildew and sterilization treatment to protect them from bacteria, mold and algae. It can also provide surface activity to provide antibacterial effect on the surface of plastic and paint dry film. It can be used in various humid environments to inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms and prevent the generation of corruption and foul odors.

Characteristics:
1. This product is developed for water-based systems and can kill most molds, yeasts, bacteria and algae.
2. This product is acid-base stable and has good bactericidal effect within the pH range of 2-12.
3. This product has good compatibility and thermal stability (-10-260℃)
4. This product does not contain formaldehyde and formaldehyde releasers, heavy metals and halogens.

Usage:
The pH value of leather treatment is in the range of 3.0~12, and the recommended concentration is 0.5~1.0%. The actual concentration should be determined by factors such as season, environment, and the concentration of microorganisms in the raw materials.

Precautions:
1. Operators must wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
2. Once in contact with skin, immediately wash with plenty of water and soap. If accidentally splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water and buffer solution.
