Leather brightening and fixing agent

Introduction

This product is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt type polymer, with the appearance of colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. It is easily soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, has good hydrolysis stability, and is highly adaptable to changes in pH value. The solidification point is about -2.8℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm3, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300℃. This product is used as a leather wet processing auxiliary agent, and can form a complex with various anionic dyes, which can be combined with leather fibers to deepen and brighten the color of chrome tanned leather. It can improve the moisture resistance of many dyes, especially the water washing resistance and sweat resistance.

Application

This product is used as a leather chemical material in leather wet processing and is stable in solutions containing formic acid, acetic acid and ammonia. In acidic solutions, its effect will be enhanced, and the color fixation and brightening effect will be better. This product has flocculation and sedimentation properties in dye wastewater treatment, which can greatly reduce the residual dye in the waste liquid, reduce the burden of leather wastewater treatment, prevent pollution, and is beneficial to environmental protection.

How to use

Before going on the machine, a small test should be carried out to determine the method of use and dosage. Reference dosage: Generally, 0.5-1.0% is added before dyeing, and the pH value of the dyeing solution is 3-6. Add an appropriate amount before the end of fatliquoring and color fixation, and combine with formic acid to carry out the color fixation and oil fixation process at the same time.

Use PE plastic barrel 125kg.

Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoid contact with strong oxidants. Valid for two years, can be transported as non-dangerous goods.
