Product Description
Product Details
Introduction:
Lithium hexafluorophosphate is a white crystal or powder; it is highly deliquescent and easily soluble in water, and can also be dissolved in low-concentration methanol, ethanol, propanol, acetone, carbonate and other organic solvents; relative density: 1.50g/cm3, melting point: 200℃. Lithium hexafluorophosphate is very easy to decompose when exposed to air or heated. It decomposes rapidly due to the action of water vapor, releasing PF5 and producing white smoke, which is corrosive to eyes, skin, and especially lungs.
Specification:

Application:
Lithium hexafluorophosphate is mainly used as lithium-ion battery electrolyte and is the most commonly used electrolyte lithium salt on the market. It has good ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability. The mass ratio of lithium salt to electrolyte is about 1:7, that is, 1 ton of lithium salt (taking lithium hexafluorophosphate as an example) can make 7 tons of electrolyte, which is the most important component of lithium battery electrolyte cost.
