Introduction
N-3-(Hydrogenated cocoamido)propyl dimethylamines is an amine compound derived from hydrogenated coconut fatty acid and propylamine. It has good wettability, emulsification and antistatic properties and is widely used in daily chemicals, textiles and industrial cleaning. As an intermediate of cationic surfactants, it is often used to synthesize quaternary ammonium salt products such as softeners, conditioners and antibacterial agents, giving the final product softness, antistatic and antibacterial effects. This product has good biodegradability and good compatibility with anionic and nonionic surfactants. It is suitable for the formulation of shampoo, shower gel, fabric care agents and detergents.

Application

It can react with methyl chloride, dimethyl sulfate, and diethyl sulfate to undergo quaternization
