Application
Hexylphosphonic acid (HPA) is a phosphoric acid derivative that can be used as a capping agent and surfactant.
Hexylphosphonic acid (HPA) is used to make nanoparticles such as quantum dots, nanometals and nanoceramics. It is also used to coat materials by condensing hydrophobic monolayers.
Hexylphosphonic acid (HPA) can be widely used in the scale and corrosion inhibition of circulating cooling water systems in the steel, petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is generally compounded with zinc salts to form a corrosion inhibitor, which is suitable for low hardness water and has a scale inhibition effect.

Packaging and Storage
Hexylphosphonic acid (HPA) is packed in carton drums, 20kg per drum or or as per customer's requirements.
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and ventilated place.
