PA-50 Bright Lubricant CAS 6362-80-7

Introduction:

PA-50 bright lubricant is a transparent, colorless or light yellow viscous liquid, soluble in many organic solvents, with excellent chemical resistance, light and heat stability and electrical properties. It is used in polyolefins, EVA, SBS, rubber, etc.

Application

PA-50 has the following effects in PVC cable materials:
1. It has the combined effects of lubricant, brightener, dispersant and plasticizer;
2. It promotes plasticization, reduces granulation temperature, reduces power consumption and increases filling amount;
3. It improves the appearance characteristics of PVC wires and cables, making the surface of wires and cables smooth and bright (if the existing products have surface quality problems caused by the increase of fillers, they can be improved);
4. PA-50 has good electrical insulation performance, with a volume resistivity of up to 1×1014 (Ω·cm/20℃), which can improve the electrical insulation performance of PVC wires and cables;
5. It has good compatibility with liquid stabilizers, can prevent the precipitation of metal soap salts during the addition process, and improve the thermal stability of PVC wires and cables.
6. It promotes the dispersion of pigments, makes the materials uniform and reduces the amount of pigments.
Usage: Add 0.5-1.5kg PA-50 to every 100kg PVC wire and cable material, and slightly reduce the amount of plasticizer.
