PA POM antistatic agent

Introduction:

This product is suitable for use without relying on humidity and can ensure use under harsh conditions. The effectiveness of the antistatic effect exceeds the service life of the product. It is non-migrating, has no precipitates, does not pollute the packaging, is printable, has no oil problems, is natural color, can be dyed, has a network transfer structure, has a rapid charge dissipation effect, does not affect material properties, complies with the European Community (EU) regulations on packaging materials and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, complies with ROHS and REACH regulations, does not contain halogen elements, and meets the requirements of IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 for static dissipative materials.
Application:
PA POM antistatic agent can be used in plastic flexible packaging, containers, electronic trays, electrical components, material modification, functional masterbatch, labor protection, coal mine supplies, sheets, pipes and other products and industries; suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, molding and other process types.

Precautions:
1. The antistatic agent, resin and other additives should be fully mixed to prevent the antistatic agent from being poorly dispersed in the product.
2. Please store the unused antistatic agent in a sealed container to avoid contact with moisture and moisture absorption, which will affect normal use.
3. When the filler density is high or when used with other auxiliary materials such as flame retardants and glass fibers, pay attention to appropriately increase the amount of antistatic agent.
