Introduction
It is a low melt index granular resin, MFR (372℃*5KG, 0.8-3.0) can be processed by molding press injection, and can be used for the production of pipelines, pumps, valves, plates, diaphragms, joints, bearing parts, etc. The product has good physical and mechanical properties, chemical resistance and stress cracking resistance.
Physical and chemical properties
Melting point is 300-310℃, coefficient of friction is 0.05 (static coefficient of friction, and steel to grinding), specific gravity is 2.12-2.17, melt index is between 3.1-30, long-term use temperature is 260℃, UL-94 vertical combustion test V-0 level, non-combustible.
