PS ABS plastic antistatic agent

Introduction:

This product is suitable for antistatic treatment of PS and ABS plastics. It does not affect transparency, can be freely colored, and can be repeatedly washed. The resistance value can reach 108-1011, which meets environmental protection requirements, FDA, ROHS, and REACH. It has good compatibility with raw materials and is not affected by temperature and humidity. It can effectively prevent products from absorbing dust, prevent products from being contaminated by dust and affecting their appearance and performance, prevent fire and explosion hazards caused by discharge, and curb damage caused by static electricity.
Application:
PS ABS antistatic agent can be used in electronics, optoelectronics, electrical appliances, medical, pharmaceutical, safety and explosion-proof, clean room and other fields. It can be used for LCD turnover trays, electronic component boxes, printer housings, electric meter housings, coal mine safety helmets, etc., meeting the strict requirements for static control in many fields; suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, physical/chemical foaming, molding and other process types.

Precautions:
1. The antistatic agent, resin and other additives should be fully mixed to prevent the antistatic agent from being poorly dispersed in the product.
2. Please store the unused antistatic agent in a sealed container to avoid contact with moisture and moisture absorption, which will affect normal use.
3. When the filler density is high or when used with other auxiliary materials such as flame retardants and glass fibers, pay attention to appropriately increase the amount of antistatic agent.
