PVC plastic antistatic agent

Introduction:

It has a long-term antistatic effect, is not affected by temperature and humidity, and can reduce the surface resistance to 108 times. It complies with ROHS, REACH, PAHS, and has no chlorinated alkanes and no phthalates. It does not affect transparency, has good compatibility with raw materials, and has no precipitation. It can effectively prevent products from absorbing dust, prevent products from being contaminated by dust and affecting their appearance and performance, prevent fire and explosion hazards caused by discharge, and curb damage caused by static electricity.
Application:
PVC antistatic agent is suitable for soft PVC and hard PVC. Conveyor belts, floors, calendered films, plastic flexible packaging, containers, material modification, functional masterbatches, coal mine supplies and other products and industries; suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, scraper, calendering, molding and other process types.

Precautions:
1. The antistatic agent, resin and other additives should be fully mixed to prevent the antistatic agent from being poorly dispersed in the product.
2. Please store the unused antistatic agent in a sealed container to avoid contact with moisture and moisture absorption, which will affect normal use.
3. When the filler density is high or when used with other auxiliary materials such as flame retardants and glass fibers, pay attention to appropriately increase the amount of antistatic agent.
