PVDC Polyvinylidene Chloride Resin Emulsion CAS 9002-85-1

Introduction 

PVDC, whose scientific name is polyvinylidene chloride, is a non-toxic, odourless, safe and reliable high-barrier material. In addition to the general properties of plastics, it also has the properties of oil resistance, corrosion resistance, taste retention, excellent moisture resistance, and mildew resistance and can be directly in contact with food and also has excellent printing performance.

Technical indicators

Application 

KT-701G emulsion is one of the PVDC series products produced by our company. It is a high-solid-content polymer water-based resin dispersion, suitable for plastic packaging film substrates such as BOPP, BOPET, and BOPA. It can be used as a topcoat material after coating with primer.

KT-707C emulsion is suitable for the field of concrete protection and is used as a coating.

Package and Storage:

This product is packaged in polypropylene plastic barrels, with a net content of 1200kg per barrel. Other specifications of barrels can also be used according to user needs.
Prevent exposure to sunlight, freezing, pressure, and severe shock during transportation. The product should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. The temperature in the warehouse should be maintained at 5-30℃, and it should not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances. Under standard packaging, transportation, and storage conditions, the product shelf life is 10 months from the date of production.
