Introduction and Application

1.Base Grease Series

Perfluoropolyether grease is a grease made by mixing perfluoropolyether as a base oil with solid lubricants such as tetrafluoroethylene and special additives. 

The perfluoropolyether base grease series only contains perfluoropolyether base oil and solid thickener PTFE, without any additives. Customers can add different types of additives for reprocessing according to their needs, or use it directly.

Typical applications include various valves, instruments or bearings that are often in contact with alcohols, ammonia, chemical solvents, steam, acids, alkalis and oxygen. This series provides a variety of base greases for use under different working temperature conditions.

2.Anti-wear grease series

Perfluoropolyether anti-wear grease is a grease with a small amount of anti-wear agent added to perfluoropolyether base grease. It can work for a long time under extreme pressure and friction conditions, reduce workpiece wear and extend workpiece service life.

Typical applications include heavy-duty bearings, gears, various joints, switches, etc. in the steel, construction and chemical industries.

3.Anti-rust grease series

Perfluoropolyether anti-rust grease is a grease that adds a small amount of anti-rust and anti-wear agent to perfluoropolyether base grease. It can work for a long time in a corrosive environment, reduce corrosion and wear of the workpiece, and extend the service life of the workpiece.

Typical applications include automotive bearings, sealed pump bearings, electric motor bearings and general purpose bearings, etc.

4.Ultra high temperature series

The perfluoropolyether ultra-high temperature grease series uses a special non-melting thickener, which has a melting point much higher than PTFE thickener and has extreme pressure properties. It can be used as a solid lubricant when the base oil is exhausted. It is specially designed for ultra-high temperature application scenarios with working temperatures above 300℃, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 360℃.

Typical applications include various valves, instruments or bearings used under ultra-high temperature conditions. This series provides a variety of ultra-high temperature base greases for use under different ultra-high temperature conditions.

Specification 

Packaging and Storage

1. Plastic or iron cans, 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg per barrel.

2. This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is transported as non-dangerous goods.

3. Store in a cool, dry environment, it is recommended not to exceed 50°C, and the storage period is 36 months (after long-term storage, it needs to be stirred again before use).
