Introduction and Application

Phenyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane is mainly used as a crosslinking agent for the preparation of deketoxime type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
Compared with methyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane/vinyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane, phenyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane can improve the high and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber, improve the tensile strength of silicone rubber, and improve the oil resistance of silicone rubber; phenyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane has high activity, and the RTV silicone rubber prepared with it dries quickly; phenyl trisbutyl ketoxime silane can be used to prepare RTV silicone rubber with higher elongation.

This product is commonly used in the preparation of deketoxime type room temperature curing silicone rubber for electronics and machinery, and can also be used in the preparation of deketoxime type room temperature curing silicone rubber requiring high elongation.
