Introduction
Polyacrylic acid fluorinated ester levelling agent is a new type of fluorocarbon levelling agent with better performance than EFKA3777 among similar products. It has excellent levelling properties for acrylic resin, polyurethane, polyester, epoxy resin, and short oil alkyd resin and has anti-shrinkage, wettability, defoaming and degassing, secondary recoating and other functions; it has the characteristics of small dosage and significant effect.

Application
Acrylic acid fluorinated esters are widely used in various oily coatings, such as polyacrylic resins, polyester resins used on furniture, epoxy resins, alkyd resins used outdoors, or other oily adhesive resins that require levelling.


Operation process
Mix this product with solvent in a ratio of 1:2, add it directly into the coating resin, and grind it evenly with the filler, and apply it slowly and evenly on the object to be coated with a scraper to verify whether the coating levelling is qualified. The amount of leveling agent is between 3/1000 and 8/1000, or it depends on the actual situation. If the spraying method is used, adjust the spray gun pressure to three to four kilograms to spray in order to adjust the amount of levelling agent.
