Introduction:
Polymerized rosin is processed from gum rosin by a new sulfuric acid process. It is a modified product of rosin with significant stability and solubility. It contains abietic acid type resin dimer, has high softening point, no crystallization, no irritating odor, excellent antioxidant properties, and higher viscosity in organic solvents.
Polymerized rosin is suitable for inks, adhesives, paints, coatings, flux, synthetic resins, etc.
