Product Details
Introduction
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a highly non-reactive thermoplastic fluoropolymer characterized by its high inertness, toughness, and stability. It is synthesized through the polymerization of 1,1-difluoroethylene.
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin, referred to as PVDF, has excellent properties such as anti-aging, chemical resistance, weather resistance, and ultraviolet radiation resistance. It can be used as engineering plastics, used to make sealing rings, corrosion-resistant equipment, and capacitors, and also used as coatings, insulating materials, and ion exchange membrane materials.

Applications
Coatings:
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF) coatings use PVDF fluorine resin and special pigments with excellent weather resistance as the main ingredients. They can be used outdoors for more than 20 years. PVDF coatings are mainly used in office buildings, commercial buildings, airports, and other buildings.

Injection molding:
PVDF has excellent processing performance and can be processed into films, sheets, pipes, rods, etc. through extrusion molding and other methods. It has good chemical resistance, processability, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance and is often used in reactors.

Photovoltaic field:
PVDF is an excellent photovoltaic backplane fluorine film material with better flame retardancy than traditional PVF materials. Its excellent weather resistance enables PVDF to be exposed to sunlight and air for a long time without aging, and its service life can reach 50 years.

Filter membrane field:
PVDF is not easy to adsorb organic matter to and has good anti-fouling performance. Compared with materials such as PES/PS/PVC membranes, it has oxidation resistance, frequent chemical cleaning resistance, and high mechanical strength.

Lithium battery binder:
PVDF has a market penetration rate of up to 90% in all positive electrode binders. PVDF can bond active materials, conductive agents, and current collectors on the positive electrode; maintain the uniformity and stability of the active materials during slurrying; provide the required electronic conduction in the electrode; and play a vital role in maintaining the capacity, service life, and stability of the battery.

Package and Storage:
Carton Box, Woven Bags, or Jumbo Bags.
The product should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse on a daily basis. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature, but care should be taken to avoid processing temperatures exceeding 350°C to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
