Applications
Potassium stannate is a fine chemical product used in the electroplating industry as a replacement for silver with tin and nickel with tin-copper alloy plating. It not only reduces production costs, but also replaces sodium salt with potassium salt to produce higher cathode efficiency and conductivity, and improves the surface brightness, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the plated parts, such as in the electroplating of automobile manufacturing, electronics industry, canned food boxes, etc.
