Quenching oil compound KT80140A (KT140A)

Introduction:

KT80140A is compounded with multiple functional additives such as efficient quenching agent, antioxidant and rust inhibitor. Applied in oil products, it has the characteristics of long service life, less carbon deposition, good quenching effect, light color and light taste, and the maximum cooling rate can reach 110℃/second. It is particularly suitable for fast and ultra-fast quenching oil, especially for light-colored quenching oil that requires the maximum cooling rate.

Blending process:
Select appropriate base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent and demulsifier according to demand, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add corresponding amount of KT 80140A, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
