Introduction

Rubber antioxidant ZMMBI is one of the non-polluting antioxidant varieties. Its performance is similar to that of antioxidant MBZ. It is used for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and other synthetic rubbers. It has obvious anti-heat aging effect. It is usually used with amine and phenol antioxidants to have a synergistic effect, improve the heat-oxidative aging resistance, and can be used for nitrile rubber. When used with accelerators M and DM, it has the effect of inhibiting the accelerated aging of harmful metals. It is usually used for transparent rubber products, light-colored and bright-colored rubber products. The effect on the vulcanization characteristics of the mixed rubber is significantly smaller than that of antioxidant MB, and it is usually not necessary to adjust the vulcanization system due to the use of this product. This product can be used as an auxiliary sensitizer in natural latex foaming products. The foam structure is uniform and the effect is better than MB.
