SL Gasoline Engine Oil Compound KT 30095

Introduction 

The product is compounded with high quality magnesium salt, calcium salt detergent, boronized ashless dispersant, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion agent and high-temperature auxiliary anti-oxidant independently produced by kerton.

It can be used in Ⅱ and Ⅲ base oils to meet the requirements of SL/SJ/SG, and can be used to blend gasoline engine oils and four-stroke motorcycle oils with viscosity grades of 5W-20, 5W-30, 5W-40, 10W-30, 10W-40, and so on.

Blending process

Select the appropriate base oil mixing and heating to 65 ± 5 ℃, add the appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, coagulant reduction agent, viscosity increasing agent, constant temperature mixing, add the appropriate level of dose of KT 30095, constant temperature mixing until the quality is satisfactory.

Product storage and safety

When the product is stored, transported, loaded and unloaded and used, refer to SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
