Introduction

Sodium Zirconium Lactate is usually used to improve the interfacial compatibility between inorganic fillers (such as zirconium oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, silicate, etc.) and organic resins. By adding sodium zirconium lactate coupling agent, the stress transfer between the filler and the polymer matrix can be made more efficient, and the thermal stability, impact resistance and anti-aging properties of the composite material can be improved. The molecules of the zirconate coupling agent can optimize the activity of the filler surface, promote its uniform dispersion in the matrix, and reduce the interface defects of the polymer.

Application

This product can be used as an excellent crosslinking agent for water-based coatings and printing inks, and can also be used for the crosslinking of water-soluble pulp and non-woven water-based emulsion adhesives. At the same time, it also reacts with the surface active groups of the substrate to increase the adhesion of the substrate.
1. Increase the adhesion of ink to the substrate (such as pre-treated plastics, aluminum foil, metal, glass);
2. Improve the thermal stability of the ink;
3. Improve the mechanical properties of the surface through crosslinking reactions;
4. Improve the water resistance and chemical resistance of the ink (such as solvent resistance);
5. Improve the dispersibility of the pigment in the ink system;
6. Improve the gloss of the ink system.
