Introduction and Application
This product is a concentrated mildew-proof agent with systemic anti-loss properties. It can be quickly dissolved and dispersed in water or resin glue (urea-formaldehyde glue, phenol-formaldehyde glue, melamine glue, glue solution after wood glue powder is dissolved). Its high molecular active ingredients can diffuse and penetrate into the wood fiber tissue through the glue solution, which can prevent the blue stain inside the plywood and kill the mold on the surface of the plywood.
This product has a killing effect on various Aspergillus, Trichoderma and Penicillium, and is effective in preventing the growth of blue stain bacteria. It is an ideal mildew-proof agent for plywood, joinery, veneer and other artificial boards. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for indoor and outdoor bamboo and wood products. It has anti-corrosion, anti-mildew, anti-insect and anti-termite properties.

Usage:
Generally use glue adding method, brushing method and spraying method
1. General usage of plywood: 2%-5%. When using, mix it evenly with the glue used, and then it can be used for the manufacture of plywood; wood can generally be soaked, sprayed or brushed with 5%.
2. The recommended concentration of glue adding method is 2%-3% of glue. When using, directly add and stir the special mildew inhibitor for plywood at 2%-3% of the total amount of glue.
3. The recommended concentration of brushing method is 6%-8%. The brushing area is 20-30 square meters/KG. You can also use a sponge roller or glue coating machine. The recommended coating amount is 30-35 square meters/KG
4. When spraying, please move to a ventilated place outdoors. The spray concentration is 7%-9%, and the recommended spray area is 25-35 square meters/KG
