Introduction and Application
Sucralose is a high-intensity sweetener with no calories and 600 times the sweetness of sucrose. Sucralose has good sweetness stability, is resistant to high temperatures, and can maintain sweetness over a wide temperature range, making it suitable for storage conditions in various food processing. Due to its long shelf life, sucralose is used by food manufacturers to produce a variety of new foods and drinks with excellent taste, such as canned fruit, low-calorie juice drinks, baked goods, jams and syrups.
Sucralose can also be used as a sweetener in nutritional supplements, medicines, vitamins, and mineral supplements. Our liquid sucralose is made from sucralose powder that meets FCC standards. It is highly sweet, colorless and transparent and can be used as a non-nutritive sweetener or flavor enhancer. Liquid sucralose can only be used in finished or semi-finished products with a pH value of no more than 7.0. The pH value of baked goods must not be higher than 8.0.
