Product Details
Introduction
Trichlorosilane, also known as trichlorosilane and silicon chloroform, is used as a raw material for high molecular weight organosilicon compounds. Trichlorosilane is not only an important intermediate for the manufacture of silane coupling agents and other organosilicon products, but also the main raw material for the manufacture of polysilicon.
