Introduction and Application
As a chelating agent, trisodium dicarboxymethyl alanine MGDA-3Na has good toxicological safety and stable biodegradability.
MGDA-3Na is a metal ion chelator that can chelate metal ions to form stable soluble complexes. Na3 can be widely used in the pH range and has a synergistic effect with fungicides.
MGDA-3Na can be used as a substitute for chelating agents such as phosphate, NTA, EDTA, citrate, etc. in detergents. Decontamination performance Trisodium dicarboxymethyl alanine (MGDA-3Na) is a stabilizer for sodium perborate and sodium percarbonate and is an effective builder in phosphate-free detergent formulations. MGDA has been shown to have high bleaching and stubborn strain removal capabilities in commercial phosphate-free dishwashing formulations. MGDA-3Na has excellent cleaning ability in high-efficiency laundry detergents, laundry liquids, and soap detergents such as soaps. Adding MGDA-3Na to various soaps has the effect of preventing rancidity, discoloration, and dirt precipitation. MGDA-3Na is used as a descaling agent and antiscalant to prevent scale formation and soften water. It can also decompose metal salts and hydroxides to clean insoluble salt scale in various industries.
