Two-stroke engine oil complex KT 33303

Introduction 

This product is compounded from a variety of single agents such as low ash cleaner and single-hanging ashless dispersant.

It is characterized by excellent cleanliness, lubricity, low ash content and outstanding smoke exhaust performance, and also has rust prevention and anti-early combustion performance, which can reduce the blockage of exhaust system.

Blending process

select the appropriate base oil mixing and heating to 65±5 ˚C, add the appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, coagulant reduction agent, viscosity increasing agent, constant temperature mixing, add the corresponding level of dose of KT 30100, constant temperature mixing until the quality is satisfactory.

Product Applications

This product is used to make high quality air-cooled two-stroke gasoline engine oil of FB and FC quality grade, which meets the performance index of JASO M345 FB and FC.

Product storage and safety

When the product is stored, transported, loaded and unloaded and used, refer to SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
