UV absorber UV-2908 CAS 67845-93-6

Introduction and Application

UV 2908 is an excellent light stabilizer with low volatility, low coloring, good chemical stability and acid and alkali resistance. It is suitable for polyolefin plastics such as PP and PE, and the general dosage is 0.25-0.1%. This product can be used alone or in combination with benzophenone UV stabilizers or phosphite antioxidants, showing good synergistic effects.

UV 2908 is a light stabilizer with special effects on polyolefins, suitable for colored opaque products such as pipes, plastic barrels, sheets, ships and gardening products.

UV 2908 can be used with phenolic, phosphite antioxidants and hindered amine series light stabilizers to improve outdoor weather resistance. This product can effectively eliminate hydroperoxides in polymers and has good synergistic effects with UV absorbers and antioxidants.

UV 2908 also has the following characteristics:

Anti-gas fading, low alkalinity

Acid and alkali resistance, suitable for polypropylene and flame retardant polyolefin systems.
