Introduction:
KT 44318 is a high-performance vehicle gear oil compound. It is a sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen type vehicle gear oil compound made by blending high-quality sulfur olefins and stable quality single agents with advanced compounding technology. It can be used to prepare GL-5 and GL-4 grade vehicle gear oils. It has good antioxidant and anti-wear properties among the evaluated oils, and has the characteristics of low dosage, good economy and strong applicability.
Blending process:
Select suitable base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier (industrial gear oil has demulsification requirement), pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add KT 44201 of corresponding grade and dosage, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
