Introduction and Application
Vinyl fluorosilicone oil is a copolymer of fluorosilicone and siloxane with vinyl at the terminal or side group. It is a colorless, transparent or translucent liquid and belongs to modified silicone oil. Vinyl fluorosilicone oil has excellent chemical stability and high and low temperature resistance. It also contains a large number of vinyl active groups and has strong chemical activity. It can be used as a crosslinking agent for fluorosilicone rubber, a raw material for fluorosilicone potting glue or fluorosilicone release agent, and is used in aerospace, automobile, electronic appliances and other fields.
1. Used as a crosslinking agent for fluorosilicone rubber;
2. Used as an active diluent for addition-vulcanized fluorosilicone rubber;
Raw materials for engine parts, electronic and electrical potting glue, fuel oil hoses, etc.
3. Used as aircraft fuel tank seals.

Note: DS441 is vinyl-terminated fluorosilicone oil, with the vinyl group at the terminal position; DS442 is high vinyl fluorosilicone oil, with the vinyl group at the terminal and meta positions; the vinyl content and viscosity can be customized according to requirements.
