Introduction
Wood flame retardants are additives used to prevent wood from igniting and to inhibit the spread of flames; they are primarily applied to wood through processes such as impregnation and spraying. Their core components consist of inorganic nitrogen-phosphorus compounds or resin-inorganic composite systems, offering both flame-retardant and preservative functions. After treatment, they can meet Class B1 or higher fire safety standards and are suitable for applications such as interior flooring, furniture, and architectural timber components. They are characterized by being environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and highly resistant to leaching, while having minimal impact on the physical properties of the wood.
The wood flame retardant is easily soluble in water, has good stability, is not easy to fail, is non-volatile, and has good smoke suppression and flame retardant effects.
Usage:
Normal pressure immersion method, vacuum pressure immersion method: put 800 kg of water in a container, add 200 kg of solid flame retardant, stir to dissolve the flame retardant into a transparent solution.
