Introduction
Product appearance: White or light yellow powder.
Zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate (ZDMC) is a white or pale yellow powder with a melting point of 250°C. It is soluble in chloroform, carbon disulfide, and dilute alkalis; slightly soluble in ethanol and carbon tetrachloride; and insoluble in water and gasoline. It is produced by the double decomposition reaction of sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate and zinc sulphate and has a storage stability of over two years. It is moderately toxic and may cause dermatitis upon skin contact; however, it is neither contaminating nor toxic when used in rubber products.

Application
Zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate (ZDMC) is mainly used as a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and a general accelerator for latex. It is particularly suitable for butyl rubber with requirements for compression deformation and nitrile rubber with excellent ageing resistance and is also suitable for EPDM rubber. Because it is non-toxic, odourless, non-polluting, and non-discolouring, it is suitable for rubber products such as adhesive tape, food, and medicine. It has a significant effect in products such as EPDM rubber and butyl rubber.

Packaging and Storage
Plastic bag or cardboard barrel packaging, or according to the customer's requirements.
