1. Glycerol zinc has good UV resistance and thermal stability, and is non-toxic and non-coloring. It can be widely used in plastics, polyvinyl chloride resins, rubber, natural rubber, vulcanized rubber, PVC resins, etc. as a light and heat stabilizer.

2. Glycerol zinc is a powerful substitute for highly toxic additives such as lead, barium, and cadmium, and has no zinc burning phenomenon. As a non-toxic heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride (about 2% usage), it is better than commonly used zinc soaps (such as zinc stearate), can inhibit zinc burning, and can also be compounded with calcium stearate (with synergistic effect), and has better compounding effect with epoxy soybean oil, triphenyl sulfite and calcium stearate. It can also be added with β-diketone, HDBM, etc.

3. Glycerol zinc has both light stabilization and can replace zinc oxide as an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization activator.

4. Glycerol zinc is used in medicine as an absorbent of zinc in the human body, and is stronger than zinc products such as zinc gluconate and zinc citrate in binding and absorption with the human body. It can also be used for long-term anti-arthritis drugs.

5. In cosmetics, the glycerol zinc complex is a hexagonal crystal layer structure with weak interlayer bonding. Due to its special structure, the glycerol zinc complex has good lubrication properties, and the glycerol group in the complex can penetrate into the surface of the skin to protect it, and it can be evenly distributed, and can be made into sunscreen and skin cream to protect the skin. The emulsion made with the glycerol zinc complex as the main ingredient can soften the hair when applied to the skin, and can be used to make shaving cream.
