Introduction
Zinc ethylphenyl dithiocarbamate is a relatively safe rubber vulcanization accelerator. It has a lower critical temperature for vulcanization and higher activity than thiuram accelerators. It can be used for vulcanization of various types of rubber such as natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber within the range of 80-125°C. It is particularly suitable for the vulcanization of latex and has little effect on the viscosity of latex during storage. Because it does not pollute, does not change color, is odorless, tasteless and non-toxic, it can be used to manufacture dipped latex products in contact with food, as well as transparent and colorful products, medical products, latex model products, dipped products, latex sponges, adhesive tapes, self-vulcanizing adhesives, etc.
