Introduction
ABTS diammonium salt is a substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). A peroxidase substrate suitable for ELISA procedures, this substrate produces a soluble green end product that can be observed using a spectrophotometer at 405nm; a spectroscopic reagent for free chlorine, a substrate for enzyme immunochromogenic peroxidase.
