Zinc Neodecanoate is insoluble in water but soluble in toluene, acetone, turpentine, rosin water, solvent oil, etc. It is non-corrosive, has no irritating odour, is solvent-free, non-flammable, and non-explosive.
Zinc neodecanoate is an upgraded substitute for zinc cyclohexane and zinc isooctanoate.

Applications
Zinc neodecanoate is used as a varnish drier, wood preservative, fabric waterproofing agent, insecticide, fungicide, etc. It is also used as a drier in polyfluoroacetic acid plastic tracks, waterproof coatings, silicone resins, and synthetic rubbers. It can be compounded with organic secretion and organic catalysts to achieve significant synergistic effects.
