Product Details
Introduction
N-[3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine is widely used in rubber products. Its application improves the physical and mechanical properties of rubber. The tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance, etc. can be significantly improved, and permanent deformation can be reduced.
At the same time, it can also reduce the viscosity of the rubber and improve the processing performance.

Application
1. Used as an additive or as a primer for phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants to improve the adhesion, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, water boiling resistance and scrub resistance of resin coatings; extend service life; and improve the dispersion and bonding of pigments and fillers in the resin phase.
2. Used in resin sand casting and resin abrasives to improve the bonding and water resistance of resin and silica sand or abrasives;
3. Mineral fillers are used in glass fibre-filled plastics, rubber, resin and low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials to improve the dispersion and bonding of fillers and fibres in the resin phase.
4. Surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants and glass fibers to improve their dispersion, compatibility, bonding and reinforcement effects in the resin phase;
5. Used as a glass fiber surface treatment agent, and also widely used in the surface treatment of glass microbeads, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay, fly ash and other silicon-containing materials;
6. Metal surface treatment additives.
