Introduction to Styrenated Diphenylamine CAS 68442-68-2:
Styrenated diphenylamine is a highly efficient, non-toxic, low-cost rubber antioxidant with excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance. It can effectively improve the fatigue damage of vulcanized rubber under multiple flexural deformation conditions and improve aging resistance and tear resistance. It is suitable for manufacturing tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes, dairy products, and other rubber products, and the general dosage is 1%~3%. It can also be used for colored products of polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene, and cellulose resins and can also be used as a stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers with a dosage of 0.5%~1.5%. Considering that styrenated diphenylamine has poor resistance to sunlight exposure, it should be avoided for rubber products used under sunlight.
