Introduction and Application

MADB is the sodium salt of N,N-di(4-sulfobutyl)-3,5-dimethylaniline, with high purity and good water solubility. It is suitable for the determination of hydrogen peroxide by enzymatic photometry and is an ideal reagent for diagnostic testing and biochemical tests. It needs to be stored away from light and moisture, and can be transported at room temperature.

MADB is a very important raw material for test kit detection. It can be used in many inspection items, such as serum muscle enzyme, serum urea nitrogen, uric acid, urease and trace albumin. It has the advantages of good water solubility, high sensitivity and strong stability.

Precautions for using MADB

1. Repackaging: When taking a small amount of mg-level MADB, the product needs to be repacked into the amount needed each time to reduce the number of times the bottle is opened and prevent the product from absorbing moisture.
2. Use: When using the product, it is necessary to take the product out of the freezer half an hour in advance and place it at room temperature. If there is any left after use, put the remaining MADB in a sealed, light-proof container to avoid quality problems such as color or property changes in the product.
3. Storage: Place MADB in a freezer at 0-5 degrees, and record the time of use and batch number.
4. Transportation: Put ice cubes in a foam box for the repacked product and wrap the product with foam glue. Be careful to avoid the water from the ice cubes from getting the product wet (if the temperature is high, we put two more, and in winter, it can be determined according to the weather temperature)
