Introduction

The modified thiadiazole derivative TH571 has good oil solubility and is an ashless liquid metal deactivation, anti-oxidation and anti-wear additive. It can form a complete sulphide film on the copper surface. This protective film has a good corrosion inhibition effect on copper. It is used as a metal deactivator for metal-cutting fluids and an extreme-pressure anti-wear agent for lubricating oils, which significantly inhibits the sulphide corrosion generated during use. It is suitable for use as a bearing preservative, anti-wear agent and metal deactivator in anti-wear hydraulic oils, low-temperature hydraulic oils, turbine oils and gasoline engine oils. It is used as an extreme pressure agent, a bacteria and oxidation inhibitor in emulsions, and an antioxidant in internal combustion engine oils. - - The general dosage is 0.03-0.05%.
