Introduction
The modified thiadiazole derivative TH571 has good oil solubility and is an ashless liquid metal deactivation, anti-oxidation and anti-wear additive. It can form a complete sulfide film on the copper surface. This protective film has a good corrosion inhibition effect on copper. It is used as a metal deactivator for metal cutting fluids and an extreme pressure anti-wear agent for lubricating oils, which significantly inhibits the sulfide corrosion generated during use. It is suitable for use as a bearing preservative, anti-wear agent and metal deactivator in anti-wear hydraulic oils, low-temperature hydraulic oils, turbine oils and gasoline engine oils. It is used as an extreme pressure agent, bacteria and oxidation inhibitor in emulsions, and as an antioxidant in internal combustion engine oils. - - The general dosage is 0.03-0.05%.
