Introduction and Application

Tween 60 can be used for the following purposes:

1. This product is used as an emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, dispersant, softener, antistatic agent, rust inhibitor, medicine, cosmetics, paint, textiles, food, pesticide, detergent production and metal finishing agent. Surface rust removal industry, used as a viscosity reducer in oil extraction and transportation.
2. Used as an emulsifier, defoamer, lubricant, detergent, antistatic agent, etc.
3. Used as an emulsifier and dispersant
4. Used as a solubilizer, diffusant, antistatic agent, stabilizer, lubricant, etc.
5. As an O/W type food emulsifier, it can be used alone or in combination with Span-60, Span-65 and Spa-80. China stipulates that it can be used for bread with a maximum dosage of 2.5g/kg; the maximum dosage of emulsified flavors is 1.5g/kg.
6. This product is used as an emulsifier in the food, pharmaceutical, plastic and cosmetic industries. It can also be used as a component of polyacrylonitrile fiber spinning oil. As a fiber post-treatment softener, it can eliminate fiber static electricity and improve softness.
7. Nonionic surfactant. Tween 60 has been used in research to evaluate the encapsulation of lipophilic components in the function of surfactant-based colloid delivery systems.
